Membership fees calculator
Membership fees and service payments can be paid only by bank transfer, postal order or cash deposit in the bank and only in CZK. To make the calculation easier you can user Membership fees calculator - Choose services which you want via checkboxes, lower you will find information abou making the payent. You need to have the parent service active, to have the sub-service active.
Payment needs to be identified for assignation to your account. Specific symbol serves for identification of member (your UID) and variable symbol serves for identification of payment (combination of services / bill number). Fees for individual services can be combined to one payment, result payment is addition of parcial amounts and variable symbol is addition of individual services variable symbols.

Frequently asked questions
I want to join in middle of semester. Can i pay only half of the membership fee?Unfortunately it is not possible. Problem is in law statements of Studentská Unie ČVUT - civic assosiation. Membership fee can be paid only in full price
How about payment seasons? When i need to pay?Membership fee is paid once per a half year. Seasons for membership fees payment are defined this way:
- First season lasts from 1.1. to 30.6. and can be paid from 1.1. to 30.6. Services stay active to 30.9. after end of the season.
- Second season lasts from 1.7. to 31.12. and can be paid from 1.7. to 31.12. Services stay active to 28.2. after end of the season.
First season corresponds to the summer semester, second corresponds to the winter semester. You can find the dates in Services bookmark on your profile".
I have Basic membership and i want to pay Sport membership. Do i need to pay the basic membership again?No, you can pay every membership fee once per season.
Why it is not possible to pay by smaller amounts? (f.e. 400 Kč every quarter of year)?Reasons are mainly administrative. System configuration is set to don't bring unnecessary load to secretary, accountant and registration officers. Because every payment can't be without latecomers, who finds out, they were disconnected. Because registration officers are volunteers, it would be very hard and time expensive for them, to solve this every quarter of year. Mainly on blocks where their numbers are low.
Is it possible to pay for more then a half year? (f.e. 1600 Kč for year?)No. It would bring a lot of administrative problems, mainly with the Tax office.
What happens, if I don't pay in time?Next day after end of paying period, services becomes deactivated, same as your acceses which you have gained from them (f.e. to the small gym). In case of advanced membership, network devices will be automatically configured to don't let you connect to the network.
Connecting of more computersIt is possible, but only as reward for help for the club. Chairman make these decisions.
Refunding and wrong paymentsIn case the amount is correct and the fault is only in VS or SS, you don't need to pay againg. Just ask registration officer on your block for assigning the payment to your account.
In case the amount is wrong, you need to pay it again correctly, and ask for refund of the first one.
You can ask for refund in 14 days after the date of receiving the payment to our account, but it needs to be at least 14 days before the end of calendary season.
